•   One shall get rid of resting position gradually, and jump to sitting position before standing up, in order to let the blood circulation adapt the changes in position, or a quick fall in blood pressure would happen, and the one will lose consciousness, and fall down.

•   One shall avoid standing inactive, particularly during the first two hours of using anti-hypertensive pills, as this produces drainage of blood from head and other internal organs, thus leads to fainting. Besides, it leaves legs veins relaxed, which leads to a combining of blood in the bottom extremities.

One who is suffering from sharp blood pressure reaction must stay away from alcohol, as it leads to a hypotension, and when its impact meets with the impact of anti-hypertensive pills, sharp blood pressure reaction is expected to happen.
