– I don`t mean by exercising that you have to go to the gymnasium. You can exercise with your baby. You can put him\her in the baby stroller and go for a walk.

–Don`t give let your appetite controls you. Missing your meals will not make you lose weight or get back in shape. Don`t forget that you baby is getting his needs of food from you. Arrange your meals, eat reasonable portions, and count every calorie you intake.


6- Enroll in a postpartum class:

–Search for one of those postpartum classes nearby and enroll into it. Plus being very helpful in your weight loss process, it also will let you meet many other moms too. After feeding your baby, try to do some exercise.


Finally, don`t feel disappointed because of those extra pounds. Try to accept and enjoy this new stage in your life and replace caring for food by taking care of your baby.
