As known, you have to follow a healthy diet plan and add some exercise to your daily routine to lose weight. But you have to know that exercising means burning calories, not fats. Whenever you work out, you should concentrate on burning fats which is not going to happen by only burning calories. The burned calories during exercising are those from carbohydrates bodies. To be able to burn fats, your body needs oxygen. It needs a specific oxygen quantity to start burning the extra fat. In order to calculate the level of the needed oxygen quantity in your body, track your aimed heart rate while exercising. Some people will tell you that at the very first 10 mins of your exercise, you will be only burning carbohydrates (sugar) and not fats. This is real, somehow. That your body will keep on burning carbohydrates after those 10 minutes if you are not pressuring your body enough to need some more oxygen, and also if you are pressuring it very hard and even not able to provide it with sufficient oxygen amount to start burning fats. Always try to exercise at a regular speed, neither very quick nor very slow, to make your body able to burn the stocked fats and not carbohydrates. To keep in the fat burning level, you have to keep exercising in the right speed. So, try to ensure that you’re on the right hear rate all the time.


Burn fat calories also when you`re not exercising


Anaerobic exercise strength training is the best method to keep on burning fat calories even after finishing your exercise. It is a kind of exercise that is able to burn much more fat calories than those an aerobic exercise can burn. Those calories that you burn during your exercise are mainly from carbohydrates which means, as we mentioned before, that you need to multiply your calorie consumption to have sufficient energy, but those ones you burn while resting are mainly fat calories. The cause of this is that when you exercise, you improve your metabolism process which ultimately burns our stocked fats.


So, to transform your body into a fat-burning equipment you have to do both the cardio (aerobic) and the weight training (anaerobic) exercises.
